New Heights Roofing

Nobody wants a new roof, they need one

Roofing Without the Rules

New Heights Roofing isn’t interested in playing by the rules of its category—and their brand proves it. Built around the unexpected pairing of a space theme and a golden retriever mascot, their new identity tossed out the clichés of trucks, shingles, and storm damage in favor of something far more human and distinct (out of this world).

The site needed to carry that same boldness. It wasn’t just about building a clean brochure—it was about building something that could hold a brand this full of personality, while still being intuitive, scannable, and structured for all types of residential leads.

Key Objectives

  • Translate an unconventional visual identity into a high-functioning user experience
  • Build a structure that supports clear service breakdowns and strong lead generation
  • Generate conversions and leads through consistent CTA pathways through page section components
  • Create a CMS system that would allow the team to easily manage blogs, services, specific offerings, and FAQs
The layout strategy focused on guiding users without dulling the brand. Left-to-right flows, scannable cards, and clearly defined visual lanes were used to organize service details, team content, and trust-building elements—while making space for bolder moments.

A Website with Altitude

Design choices embraced the playfulness of the identity—bold colors, floating badges, and signature graphics like the yellow sun—balanced with intentional spacing and modular sections that unfolded information without overwhelm.

Keeping longevity in mind, modular CMS systems were developed to support future growth, including structures for services, badges, blog content, and team profiles. Custom sliders and SVG animations were implemented to match the site’s energy, while layered graphics and transitions were engineered to remain responsive across all breakpoints.

New Heights doesn’t try to sell a roof—it tells a story about home.

In a category full of template sites and uninspired branding, this one does something rare: it makes a need feel memorable. The site shows up like the brand does—playful but trustworthy, friendly but smart.

The site meets people where they are: overwhelmed, uncertain, and not all that interested in shingles. With clear pathways, visual confidence, and small moments of delight, the experience brings ease to a decision nobody wants to make—but many need to.
