Creating a Home for the Brand
Casita is a new ADU startup inspired by real family needs. Born from a personal experience of helping a loved one age independently—but nearby—the company is built around the idea that home can be both close and self-contained.
Their mission: make the process of adding an accessory dwelling unit feel as straightforward, dignified, and thoughtfully designed as the homes themselves. With no prior website in place, this was a ground-up build. Casita needed a digital foundation that could introduce the product, educate unfamiliar audiences, and create trust in a category that often feels opaque or overbuilt.
Key Objectives
- Create a clear and intuitive site structure with an architectural look and feel
- Highlight Casita’s differentiators without feeling too new to market
- Build trust with potential buyers through transparency and tone
- Structure CMS systems for ongoing growth and content flexibility
Making ADUs Feel Approachable
Behind the design, the CMS was built to support growth from day one. Custom structures were created for ADU model cards, floor plan toggles, blog posts, FAQs, image galleries, and financing partners—all easily editable, and all styled to remain cohesive across future additions. Smart truncation and repeaters allowed even dense content (like product specs and process steps) to feel light and usable.
Custom code and Finsweet attributes powered advanced interactions, including dynamic tabbed sliders, active-state icon styling, and a responsive masonry blog layout that took extensive troubleshooting to get just right. The result was a clean, flexible Webflow build—one that looked simple on the front end, but supported a wide range of backend needs.

Grounded, Scalable, Ready to Grow
As a new brand in an emerging market, Casita needed more than a website. They needed a tool that could evolve as the business did—supporting early customer education, lead generation, and ongoing product updates.
The new site gives Casita a strong digital foundation: structured, approachable, and designed to expand—whether that’s more models, more questions, or more people finding a better way to live nearby.
