AeroCore

Cleanest in the Ground, Longest in the Sky

Contribution & Collabortation

Making Innovation Accessible

AeroCore Technologies developed something no one else in their space had: a patented foam-based cleaning process that reaches the inner core of aircraft engines—parts that had previously gone untouched. Their product is highly specialized, backed by rigorous engineering, and used by major partners like Delta and the U.S. Air Force.

But their original two-page website didn’t tell that story. It lacked the structure and specificity to explain the breakthrough—and the polish to match their enterprise-level partnerships. They needed a site that communicated technical precision without overwhelming the reader, and that offered a clear point of difference: this is the only product that cleans to the core.

Key Objectives

  • Position AeroCore as both technically credible and partnership-driven with clear, approachable messaging
  • Visualize their key differentiator using animation and interaction

  • Build a clean, responsive architecture that scales, providing simple CTA for conversions

  • Create CMS structures for press content, internal posts, and team visibility
The site design centered on structure—letting whitespace, grids, and clear movement guide the experience. Visual balance was key: oversized headlines and icon-forward cards framed messaging without excess. Content was organized into simple lanes, giving users a direct, logical path through the technology and benefits.

Engineered for Clarity

The key moment in this project came with a  scroll animation that served as the visual centerpiece for their product—highlighting the patented foam’s path through the engine core, visually reinforcing what sets AeroCore apart. Hand-drawn elements and iconography softened the engineering-heavy tone, adding a human touch to the layout and guiding the eye.

The build included custom CMS systems for their team, internal blog, and external press features. This allowed the marketing team to showcase major releases and updates in real-time, while reinforcing social proof through recognizable logos and media citations. Buttons and microinteractions added tactility, helping users engage without overloading the design.

Built for Takeoff

This project went live just in time for a major press moment—coinciding with AeroCore’s announcement of their Delta partnership. For a team of engineers launching a product that reshapes an industry standard, the site had to earn trust quickly.

The final product delivered a branded experience that matches the innovation behind the tech. Structured, scalable, and approachable—designed to translate deep expertise into clear, compelling action.
